CGV (general sales conditions)

The general conditions of sale determine the relationship between CréaBénéverley and its customers.

Any order sent to Créabénéverley through its website (----------------) implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

 

A. PERSONAL DATA

The CréaBeneverley company collects personal data about its Customers on the SITE, including through cookies. CUSTOMERS can deactivate cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.

B. ORDER TAKING

C. METHOD - DELIVERY TIME


1. The product is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of his order or by a notice of availability in the absence of the Customer.


2. Shipping will be either by letter followed or by Colissimo depending on the type of product.
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, it is up to the customer to make reservations with the carrier if damage to the package (s) or Créabénéverley for any missing items. 

Créabénéverley is released from its delivery obligation for all fortuitous events or force majeure. For information, total or partial strikes, floods, fires, declared natural disasters are cases of force majeure. 

3. The delivery times are as follows: Shipments are made according to the manufacturing time estimated on the product sheet (in the case of several simultaneous purchases, the longest time must be taken into account).

 

4. The validation of an order by its payment entails the impossibility of its cancellation without the prior agreement of Créabénéverley.

As the products are personalized, they cannot be put back on sale in the event of cancellation after the start of production.

 

5. In the event of agreement on the cancellation of a sale, the reimbursement period is set at one calendar week from the date of acceptance by both parties.

 

6. The use of brand logos is in no way a reproduction for the purpose of advertising.

Logos and designs provided by users must be free of rights and not protect, it is their responsibility to verify their origins.

In the event of a complaint made by a brand Créabénéverley will withdraw its use on simple request by the latter by email to Creabeneverley@free.fr or by mail to 9 rue des planeanes 17520 jarnac-champagne.

D. PRICE


1. The prices mentioned in the Merchant's Shop are valid at the time of their consultation by the Customer or during the period indicated.
2. The prices invoiced are those in effect at the time of the order.
3. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the order and payable by the customer (unless an offer to the contrary).

4. Créabénéverley being self-employed, it is not subject to VAT

E. PAYMENT


1. The site has a secure payment, for payments by credit card this leads to validation and production.

2. For any payment by check, Créabénéverley will wait for receipt of the check to validate the order.

 

F. TRANSPORT


The Goods travel at the risk and peril of the buyer; it is up to the latter to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to formulate any reservations to the carrier by registered letter or extra-judicial act within three days of receipt of the product.

G. RETURN OF GOODS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The Customer has the possibility under article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code to return the product at his expense to the Merchant within 14 clear days of delivery for exchange or purchase voucher. 'a validity of one year from the return of the goods.

However, any return is subject to written confirmation or e-mail from Créabénéverley.
Personalized objects and textiles are excluded from the right of withdrawal. There will therefore be NO EXCHANGES NO RETURNS on these items.

H. LIABILITY and CLAIMS


1. The Merchant is solely responsible for the content of his offer and the commitments he makes, in particular those relating to delivery times.
2. The Merchant alone is authorized to deal with all claims or disputes relating to the product sold or service provided, its delivery / supply or its payment.

If the dispute relates to payment transactions, the banking establishment or the third party responsible for the payment system may be consulted.
